COVID-19
Due to an uptick in Covid-19 cases, all guests will be required to wear a mask (when applicable). Please be advised that if you are feeling unwell, ask that you stay home, and we can rebook for a later date.
No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room during your appointment. The only exception is minors who are receiving services. They are required to have a parent or guardian present during or in the beginning of the service. All other guests will be asked to wait in the main lobby.
BOOKING
As of Feb 1, 2022 there will be a booking deposit required for all services. Booking deposits will always be applied towards the total service cost.
As of April 1, 202 appointments cancelled within 12 hrs of service will be charged a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. Appointments rescheduled will not be subject to this fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service fee. A appointment is considered a no show if not cancelled or rescheduled before the appointment time. Multiple cancellations and no shows will result in being blocked from booking further appointments. *Deposits are applicable for ONE reschedule, if the appointment has to be rescheduled a second time, an additional deposit will be required to secure the appointment
PAYMENT
As of Feb 1. 2022 I will no longer be accepting CashApp or Venmo for service payment. If you have a card from a payment app, I can accept that through the card reader. I can also have change ready for cash payments.
Lash Extensions
*Please come with clean, makeup-free lashes. If makeup needs to be removed prior to servicing there is a lash cleansing fee.
*Clients in need of a full should have at least 40% of their original set in order to qualify for a fill.Less than that will be considered a full set
*Any issues or complaints with lashes should be made within 24-48hrs of application to be offered any refund or adjustments
Makeup Clients
*Please arrive with a clean, dry face
*Lash extensions and/or lashes brought in can be used, but will not result in a discount
*Any adjustments or complaints of makeup must be made before leaving the salon
Skincare Clients
*Avoid any harsh chemical treatments or products 5 days prior to treatment
*Please communicate all treatments and products used within 30 days
*Flushing and redness is normal at the end of any facial, this does not mean you’re having a reaction to products used
